A Heart to Heart: To the Woman Who’s Tired, but Still Trying

Hey sis,
I don’t know your full story… but I know the weight of trying to hold it all together.
Trying to be the strong one.
Trying to smile through the stress.
Trying to budget, to believe, to build something beautiful from what little you have.
And if no one’s told you lately: I see you. More importantly — God sees you.
You’re not lazy.
You’re not behind.
You’re not too broken to be used.
You are becoming.
Maybe you’ve been sowing seeds in silence, praying behind closed doors, wondering when the breakthrough will come. And if you’re like me, maybe you’ve had moments where you thought, “Lord, I’m doing all I can… when is it my turn?”
Here’s what I’m learning: It’s not about the pace, it’s about the posture.
Are you leaning on your own strength — or are you surrendered?
Are you chasing perfection — or trusting the process?
Are you budgeting to survive — or to steward what God is placing in your hands?
This season might not look how you expected, but it’s not wasted. You’re being refined. Elevated. Set apart.
So take a deep breath.
Cry if you need to.
Rest if you must.
But don’t give up.
There is purpose in your pain. And promise on the other side of this process.
God is not just working on your situation — He’s working on your soul. The promotion is coming. The peace is coming. The overflow is coming.
Stay rooted. Stay faithful. Stay you.
You’re not forgotten — you’re being prepared.
With love,
